E-MAIL time management tips
1. Use a stacking tray or file folder labeled “E-MAIL” to store paper items associated with e-mail you plan to send. You can process them more efficiently in a batch.
2. Schedule specific times during the day to check and process your e-mail. This reduces the tendency to constantly check it throughout the day and makes you more efficient.
3. Sort incoming e-mail by subject, key word, or author so you can process related mail collectively.
4. File e-mail you want to keep in the appropriate subject folder when you send or receive it. Do not store everything in your “Inbox” or “Sent Mail” folders. It¡¯s not efficiently retrievable.

The sales pipeline has to be constantly in flow. Without flow, there is no sales pipeline, or sales results. However, that flow should come from areas where you get the best R.O.T.I. – Return on time invested. If not, you are not investing your time effectively, and your sales pipeline becomes less effective.
Money comes and goes. Time just goes, so use your time wisely. Invest it to get the best return you can on your sales efforts.
