Self help is the only way to grow! No one can help you like you can help yourself. Self help is all about you making the decision to help yourself. From having that desire to want to help yourself, to having the determination and discipline to take control of your life and to make the changes you want in your life. Self help starts with you!

Self help starts with the discovery that you can actually help yourself to make that difference. Do you think you can help yourself? Who is the most important person in the world? Can you help them? If not, there is nobody else that you can help.

Self help requires you to make a decision. Do you want to help yourself to live the live of your dreams, someone else’s, a combination of the two, or do you want to leave life to chance and circumstance? Make a decision. It is you, the decision maker and no one else, that will make your decision work. Do you want to help yourself?

There are three types of people in this world. Those who wonder around aimlessly; those who wish and dream and do nothing about it, except buy lottery tickets ; and then there are those who know what they want, plan for it and go out and make it happen.

With self help you can start to take control of your life. There are a lot of things in this world that we cannot control. We cannot control the weather, traffic, time, people or what they say. However, we can take control of our attitude, our thoughts, our self talk and the way we react to people.

That requires awareness and taking action against negative thoughts and self talk and replacing them with positive desires. No one can do that for you, but you. That is self help!
