A goal is an end, a result, not just a task to be performed. It describes the condition we want to achieve. Goals are an extension of your values. However, most people don’t know where to start. By following a simple goal setting worksheet, you can get started on making all of your dreams a reality.

The goal setting worksheet that I am referring to in known as a Goal log and is Discipline #8 in my book, The 12 Disciplines to Living your Dreams
