Forms Of Coaching

There are also three ways that we provide coaching.

One-on-One

One-on-one is the most beneficial form of coaching as it is personalized and customized on the spot. Bob can conduct one-on-one coaching according to a schedule or on an as needed basis either face-to-face or by telephone.

Group

Group coaching is a more economical form of coaching and is usually conducted in a meeting or over a conference call. It is based on individual requests from within the group. Each member of the group will learn by listening to the questions and the array of answers provided by group members.

Group coaching is similar to facilitation. Group e-mail coaching is also available to the team members.

Online

Online coaching is automatic and ongoing each week of the year. This type of coaching supports the online learning programs and provides coaching on each module. It also includes unlimited e-mail coaching with a worldwide, guaranteed 24 hour, personal response from Bob.
