Greetings from Dubai first name,

Dubai After a busy week in Singapore, I was able to enjoy a long weekend in Dubai where the United Arab Emirates were celebrating their 36th National Day.

The United Arab Emirates is a federation of 7 emirates, namely, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Sharjah, Fujairah and Ajman. The UAE has trodden long strides since its birth 36 years ago. Its unparalleled economic growth over the years has been an object of admiration and a subject of analysis the world over.

While the weather is great here, I am told there is a lot of snow back home. With that news, I am most anxious to get back home and enjoy winter, not to mention how much I am going to enjoy surprising my wife on her birthday tomorrow, by going back home today.

This week we are providing you with some strategies on Conflict Management. Next week we will share when to use these Conflict Strategies. So, stay tuned!
