Welcome back, and we wish you a prosperous Chinese New Year.

Last week was the Chinese New Year - the longest and most important celebration in the Chinese calendar and the year 4706 began on February 7th 2008. This is the year of the rat and is the first of the 12-year cycle of animals which appear in the Chinese zodiac.

Valentine’s DayThis week, we also wish you a Happy Valentine’s Day on Thursday.  It is the traditional day on which lovers express their love for each other; sending Valentine's cards, or gifting candy. It is also very common to give red roses on Valentine's Day, and to go out for dinner. This is what I plan on doing for the two loves in my life – my 90 year old mother and my wife, whom I have been married to for over 32 years, before leaving for Dubai on Friday.  Here is a hug is for you – thanks for your ongoing support and being with us on a weekly basis.

Later this month there is also a very special entrepreneurial event taking place in Toronto.  Subscriber’s can register for a complimentary pass using coupon code XL228F5

This week we are providing you with the Characteristics of an Effective Team.  Next week we will share the benefits of giving feedback with you.  So, stay tuned!

Have a G.R.E.A.T. week ahead, and don’t forget to share your love on Thursday (and every other day of the year) !
