We are now in the final week of January 2009. Happy Chinese New Year! I have really enjoyed my time at home. I have been skiing, snowshoeing and along with everyone else, moving plenty of snow from the driveway and paths. I thoroughly enjoy these great outdoor activities.

Even though it is quite cold at times and shovelling snow is a daunting task, I can always reward myself and return indoors to relax by a warm, wood fire.

I uphold my daily discipline by following each task with a personal reward.

Whether the activity is business related or a household chore, I reward myself for completing the job I planned to do on that particular day.

It is simply a small reward for achieving a specific goal within a certain time frame. Happily, I am on track with all of my New Year's resolutions.

You control your destiny and the wherewithal to make 2009 an extraordinary year.

Once again, I will be travelling during the month of February and sincerely hope to see you in one of the many cities where I have scheduled speaking engagements. (See schedule below).
