Greetings from Dubai,
 For the first time in my life it was hard to leave home. The weather in Canada at this time of year is perfect. My wife Joan and I were swimming in the Gatineau River almost daily in between our property chores and visits to our Grand daughter in the Hospital. I guess what made it difficult was not being there for them for the next two to three weeks.
 I have only been gone since Friday and I already miss home. However, discipline is doing what we have to do, even when we don’t want to do it, and you already know that is one of my qualities. I am now here and looking forward to an exciting week with a couple or public events and some in-house work before moving on to Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
