Now that our 10th Anniversary celebrations are over, we are about to start on a new journey on Team Disciplines, as requested by many of our subscribers. 

Each week we will provide you with tips on Team Disciplines.  We will also be offering you a new Team Discipline Resource e-book on the subject as well.  In addition to that you can also obtain team member profiles in order for each member of your team to discover their path to least resistance while allowing them to increase their personal and team productivity.

This week’s Team Discipline is on Decision Making Styles. There are three different styles – which one do you think would work best for your team?
