 What a fantastic week we had in Ixtapa, Mexico, where we met people from all over the world at the annual INLAC World Quality Forum. Not only was the conference full of learning, it was fun. The concluding party was most unbelievable with over eight hours of continuous entertainment representing all the countries in the world that were in attendance.
