Greetings from my home in Cantley, Quebec (Canada),
After three intensive weeks of speaking, training and travelling in the Middle East and Asia, it is nice to be home. I am back just in time to celebrate my wife's birthday.
I wish to extend my sincere thanks to all of you who attended any of my sessions and I welcome all new subscribers.

As we approach the month of December, let's reflect on the areas of our lives that were productive and that we deemed successful in 2009. It is also a good time to review what we need to improve upon or change in the future.
It is time to be thankful for our achievements, and to set some new goals for 2010.
We are only a month away from a New Year. There is no better time than the present to contemplate the future and decide what we want to accomplish in 2010.
To help you do that, we will be sharing disciplines with you throughout the month of December. These disciplines are intended to help you change your ineffective habits to effective habits in order to accomplish your dreams and desires for 2010.
