Greetings from home in Canada, as winter sets
in...
A warm welcome to The Bottom Line and a new hello
to all our new subscribers, especially those from
Shanghai and Singapore where I spent most of the
month of November. Thanks to all of you who
participated in the many events! And thank you to all
the staff at the Regal International East Asia Hotel in
Shanghai for making me feel so much at home. I look
forward to returning and seeing all of you again soon.
Also, thank you to all who provided me with your
feedback on this e-newsletter. We are now taking
your feedback into consideration. Our plan is to
start the New Year with a new and improved
e-newsletter. It will be more concise, while also
providing tips in each of the four areas of our
expertise – Motivation, Leadership, Sales and Team
Skills. Stay tuned for our next e-newsletter in
