Happy Thanksgiving,
 As Canadians, we have so much to be thankful for, especially at this time of year with all the color that surrounds us as autumn descends upon us. This is what it looks like right now.
Last week I had the pleasure of speaking with a group that is out to make a difference in their organization and in the lives of others. The group named themselves WIN and they created a quadruple win for everyone in attendance. The WIN volunteers gave their time and effort and paid the price to make their WIN dream a reality. Are you willing to make a difference in your organization or in the lives of others? Are you willing pay the price to make your dreams a reality?
