WOW! What a book! What you say is spot on. May I give you some feedback?

I’ve led, built & motivated teams for years – often being asked to take over ‘teams’ that were not performing for one reason or another. If I said that there is a difference between a team and a group of people in the same room I hope you understand – and each time, all I started with were a group of people who had every excuse under the sun for why they could not complete assigned tasks. By implementing what I read in even the first few pages of your book, within a couple of weeks I had a team who were happy to come to work, interested in their duties, and instead of using ‘issues’ as roadblocks, they boasted about how they had solved the problem and delivered on time, as per original estimates. Believe me, in the trenches, this stuff works!
