Bob has a diploma in Adult Learning and he is a Certified Master Trainer. Over the years through his Train-the-Trainer program, he has provided valuable instruction to other trainers over the years. These trainers are program certified and thanks to Bob, far more prepared for a successful future in sales.

Ongoing training is necessary in order to transform attitudes, behaviours and competencies within the sales world; and justifiably it is not always feasible for organizations to engage Bob for ongoing training. Therefore, by assigning an in-house trainer or a Manager to partner with Bob, a company can take advantage of his complete customized program.

The train-the-trainer certification program offers invaluable insight to modern day sales. Once certified the trainee is now an asset to the company and can begin to set new standards and guidelines. He/she will become a permanent in-house resource for new hires and for ongoing training to existing staff.

Hiring Bob to train-the-trainer saves you money and you gain a certified in-house resource with a program that is uniquely yours.

The Train-the-Trainer Certification program is a five step process.

  1. Assign a resource to partner with Bob in customizing the in-house program to meet the objectives, needs and time allocations previously identified. This is the first step in taking ownership of the program.

  2. Participate in the program as a trainee, take notes and observe Bob. This includes a debriefing / dry run.

  3. Co-instruct the program along side Bob and receive private coaching each step of the way. Debriefing will take place during breaks, lunch, and group exercises as well as after the event.

  4. Conduct the full program on your own, with Bob as an observer. Private coaching and debriefing during exercises, breaks, lunch, or after hours.

  5. Conduct the program completely on your own. Bob will not be present. You must obtain a 4 out of 5 participant evaluation rating to be certified.

Velocity Selling Sales Training Program

This is a sales training program which requires the trainer to have some sales experience but is not bound by traditional or consultative selling methods. As this program is "buyer focused", it requires an open mind for a different approach so as to attract, engage and empower buyers to buy.

You must have excellent relationship building and communication skills, particularly questioning and listening skills. There are a minimum of 38 modules and the instruction period should occur during no pay time, once a week, and over the course of one year. You must exhibit all the appropriate behaviours that this program teaches on an ongoing basis. In other words, you must walk the talk.

Train The Trainer Certification is also available for Phase 2 - Sales Management training program supporting Velocity Selling. However, you must achieve certification in the Sales Training program before entering Phase 2.

Disciplined for Life

(A training program on its own but components are included in Velocity Selling)

This is a motivational and inspirational training program benefiting all walks of life, in every profession and in any business. This special program affords individuals with self motivation, self confidence and direction in life.

It also incorporates an interactive adult learning system with the objective to help participants help themselves. It is based on the book, Disciplined For Life, You are the Author of Your Future.

This unique program guides participants toward understanding what success, attitude, motivation, discipline, and that most important person-YOU-are all about. Each person will commit first to him/herself and then to Part 2 of the program.

It is a two part program and can be covered in one or two days. Part 1 relates to discipline and motivation, and Part 2 promotes taking action, from goal setting to goal realization and all the supporting tools along the way. The program can also be customized for organizational teams.

This topic is designed to help people live their own personal life first, reduce stress, increase productivity, improve their work environment and lifestyle, and do what they love to do while moving towards living the life of their dreams.
